What is the current and future scope of BBA in Nepal?
I think that BBA from TU is superior than other similar courses like BBS , BBA from other universities. But we all know that there are many BBA passed students in Nepal and almost all management colleges of Nepal conduct BBA course. So what is the future and current scope of BBA in Nepal. Is it still to get a entry level job in banks after completing BBA with good marks. What is the chance of getting jobs after completed BBA in other companies other that banks, private and government?

I don’t think BBA alone will give better opportunities to have a good job in Nepal. There are too many colleges that run BBA course and lots of students and graduates. Also, there are similar courses like BBS, BCA etc too which dilutes the chances of getting jobs. So, the chances of getting jobs in Nepal after BBA depends on, unfortunately, the jack you or your parents have. But things are changing slowly. Banks anf othrr financial institutions are improving their hiring polocy. Top banks are becoming more strict on hiring entry and mid level officers. This increases the chances of getting a good job for deserving and talent candidate. This applies for many common Bachelors degrees in Nepal in management, arts and education faculties. Speacking stricly about BBA, I conclude that the chances are very less to get a high paying job in Nepal.

The jobs in Nepal, after graduation in this course, have a very wide range and amongst many, some are a junior assistant in banks, secretary, hospitality managers, marketing, accounts, finance, project managers, human resource and many others.
