I am applying for US. I am confused on whether to use municipality Engineer or private Engineering firm to evaluate my property. The actual price of the land looking at the similar properties is about 50 lakhs but I am willing to evaluate(appraise) it at around 1.5 crores. Is it also true that more property means more chances to get Visa approval for the US? I am not applying it through any consultancy so anyone who is applying for America or who have got Visa for America suggest me what will be the best thing to do. The small consultancy near my home suggest to use municipality engineer. Please give some ideas.
