I need a international bank account like paypal or mastercard how could i get that ? i mean which bank will offer me this service please help

No any bank will offer that brother. If you have income in USD you can get an international credit card else you can only get credit card that will be valid in Nepal and India.
Also, there is no option to get paypal in Nepal. However, you can get a payoneer mastercard that is valid worldwide. All you need to do is fill the form all the details in the form in this website and your payoneer mastercard will be delivered to your post box/ post office.
