I am currently doing the MBA course and it will be completed in this December. I intend pursuing CFA (Chartered Financial Analysist) later because I have heard a lot about this course. I am really interested in doing CFA course.
I am doing MBA from Kathmandu University and thinking of doing CFA course from Nepal.
Does it really make sense to do an CFA after MBA in Finance? What about some course other than CFA that can be done after MBA?

Yes, CFA in top of MBA would be a great combination. Also, you can think about other professional courses; ACCA and CIMA are few good ones to consider.
